  • Lounge and dining room floor sanded and re varnished

    We had rented our house out for 10yrs and just returned to it. The tennants I think had x2 fishtanks which damaged the floor in 2 places due to water spillage. The areas were black and wet. There were also other various scrape marks in the middle of the floor. Oliver re sanded the floor and re varnished it. It looks amazing! All the scrape marks have gone and the 2 black areas are now no longer black but wood colour, although darker than the rest of the room, we knew it would be impossible to eliminate those completely.He was polite, professional, tidy, communicative . Highly recommend.

    Floors look amazing! Had kitchen, hall, lounge and 30ft conservatory done. All furniture had to come out so left completely empty. Furniture outside under tarpauline. Can't go on floors whilst being done. Husband spilt few drops of water on kitchen floor that had been sanded but not yet varnished which wasn't good so Olly had to go over again. Had to be out of the house for entire time of varnishing as not allowed on floors for hours. Problem if you have kids? Filled our bins with bags of the rubbish so had to take to tip. Stressful, but worth it.
