I don't want to leave a bad review but - Paid, not fixed (worse) & hasn't replied to texts
Toilet kept refilling/ water constantly trickling into bowl. We'd bought a new Fill Valve but wanted a Pro to tell us what the problem was first, then fix. Could then return Fill Valve if needed. PRO's *Fast at responding *Arrived next day *Main gentleman - friendly/ helpful CON's *Just changed part I already had and said it would fix issue, but it's worse *I text within 30 days but no reply OTHER *Arrived in a 'personal' car, no signage/ business vehicle *No notice that 2 men would enter the property (Actually made me feel quite uncomfortable and was home alone with my child) Refund pleaseVerified reviewerJob location: DH89.75 General Plumbing

Outside garden tap, reconnection and replace
