Job well done
Had this young man out to clear out gutters and he did a great job. Birds had knocked some out of place and there were weeds sprouting up there also. This was all sorted. He came back and replaced cracked and broken parts and cleaned all the windows for me too. He brings an assistant each time and they are pleasant and very hardworking. Disappointed

Hi Angela, I'm sorry you're disappointed. The agreed work was to clear the gutters and clean the exterior PVC, which was completed. The gutter debris was bagged and removed from site, so I don't accept that it was left around the property. You had already advised the fascia paint was deteriorating and due to be repainted, and the later requests were for additional cleaning outside the agreed scope. I also tried to arrange a return visit but received no confirmation. I wish
