  Stop cock removed and new one fitted .

  Wasn't really aware that going through to find a plumber I was going through another third party to get a plumber at the cost of 99 pounds plus vat . That's the reason I checked. Over priced as cost 266 pounds all together for a new stop cock and a piece of white plastic , at that price would have expected copper but was not consulted on it . Would not use again .

  Very bad toilet leak 😔

  Very good had someone here within 40 minutes and it was 9.30 at night very good plumber talked me through every thing he did well done Nick .

  Emergency with electrical fault

  We lost all electrical power, fault appeared to be in fuse box. Response was almost immediate and someone was with us within the two hour slot. Andy was knowledgeable and efficient.

  Central heating boiler repair

  The workman, Gareth Harries, was helpful and knowledgeable. He had to source suitable replacement parts for my aged boiler and researched what he needed to do. He explained to me what he was doing as he went along.

  Water leaking from the boiler

  Plumber was requested in an emergency, as water was leaking from the gas combi boiler. Emergency Hero sent someone round within a couple of hours but he couldn't sort the leak out, despite returning a couple of days later and then quoting a ridiculously high price to replace a component. By that time we'd managed to request our normal local engineer to have a look. He sorted the issue in 1 hour and had the necessary component in his van. The Emergency Hero guy probably tried his best but didn't seem to know what he was doing.
