Excellent service from start to finish.
Right from the first call, excellent service considering the Christmas period. Called them out to a blocked drain and all sorts of things go through your mind, collapsed drain, root damage etc. Visited by Brandon and he quickly found the problem, a blockage at a drain which was on paper Anglia Water's as it was between two properties. Blockage sorted swiftly, drains checked with the camera and reassured about the state of the drains. He also gave good advice about drain covers and general maintenance of drains. Blocked Drain affecting toilets
Very professional outfit, good communication from start to finish. Engineer arrived and carried out the work as quoted. Remedial works were required and a quotation swiftly followed. Unblocking internal waste pipe
I had two toilets and a sink that were all blocked where the pipes converge. After contacting a plumber and being let down multiple times, I called EMP Drainage. They quoted a reasonable fixed price and attended within 24 hours. They were far better than any plumber would have been, and got the issue investigated and solved quickly and professionally. Really bad smell coming into my kitchen.
