    We have dealt with Energy Windows NE for a few years and always very happy with their work. We had two windows fitted and the work was carried out in a very efficient and professional way. Dust sheets were placed and absolutely no mess at all. The fitters were polite and courteous High standard of work done Would definitely recommend this company

    Contacted for a quote, came around to discuss requirement, take initial measurements, asked them to make the bay window separate due to cost, they were happy to oblige. Very easy to deal, with no sales pressure ended up going ahead without replacing the bay window which was no problem. Fitters were polite, easy to deal with did have one window with a defect in the window glass unit, but this was replaced without fuss.

    Very pleased with the new garage window fitted today by the team from Energy Windows NE. Old window was in a poor state. Contacted a few window companies for quotes. Some of the quotes were ridiculous. Energy quote was not the cheapest but I felt their quote was realistically priced for the job. Placed the order and got a tentative supply timeline. Contacted a few weeks later with specific date. Team arrived on the day and on time. Very pleasant guys and did a very good job. Tidied up and took the old windows etc away with them. Very pleased with the work done. Would happily recommend.

    2nd time i have used this company.As per the first job a couple of years back, an absolutely perfect service from start to finish.5 new double glazing windows replaced in kitchen as originals fitted years ago by another company were steaming up inside.No mess at all & all done with staff who are friendly & know their job.From measuring on initial visit to completion all fuss free & i would thoroughly recommend this company to anybody.

We manufacture and install UPVC windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries across most areas of the North East, including Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Washington, Durham and Chester le Street. We also supply and fit composite doors, and UPVC roofline products.
