Install a fire door
Approached this company to supply, install and certitify a fire door to meet current regulations. On the day of installation, the fitter arrived, I asked him timescales etc and let them get on with the job. They took out my door and frame, at this point, I checked in to see how they were getting on, only to find out that they ordered the wrong door. L raised this straight away, the fitter advised me that he would complete the install so I wasnt left without a door. He agreed to reorder a replacement. I have been back and forth since trying to resolve this amicably without a resolution. StayclearVerified reviewerJob location: E18Response from Essex Firedoors
I have been in contact with Mr Bishun , to come to a agreement for his requirements. At no point Personally & Business wise have we ever refused . We are currently in the process of this being amicably settled .

Installation of firedoors that are compliant with British Standards
Minimal care was given when removing existing door, causing considerable damage to walls (large pieces coming down resulting in exposed bricks/gaps in door frame). Essential parts were also forgotten by the workman, causing back of the door bouncing off abruptly when opened and a large gap when shut, therefore unstable and unsafe until it was next remediated. Waited for an additional week for correct part to arrive, but workman had no intention to remediate the broken interior walls or brush up the fallen wall paint once installed. Overall disappointing job, with below par attention to detail.Verified reviewerJob location: IG1Response from Essex Firedoors
Unfortunately, in this industry it is extremely difficult to take out the old door & frame without any plaster being damaged, of course we do all we can at the time to minimise it, and make good if we can .We always inform our customers we are not plasters but we will always do the best we can.

Provision and Installation of a fire door
I recommend this company without hesitation. From the very start, they were very helpful and gave me lots of advice and help without being pushy. They answered all my queries and phoned or sent me information when they said they would. The installation was quick and efficient; my door looks beautiful and is fully compliant with fire safety regulations. All in all, I am very pleased. Thank you Jodie, Jason and James!Verified reviewerJob location: IG810 Posted 24 January 2022

Internal doors to property
Great work from start to finish. The sales team were able to advise exactly what I required. This then flowed through to the installation team who were very professional and carried out a painless installation in a very professional manner. The aftercare has also been fantastic with follow up calls from the office to ensure I am happy with the works, which I am. I would definitely recommend to any friends and familyJob location: BD16
