Bathroom fitting
The lads worked exceptionally well and were very polite. Also they turned there hand to anything that was asked. It was JJ and Kev that worked at my house they are a credit to your company. They will have a progressive and successful career in this trade with the attitude they have.

Kitchen instillation
Kitchen fitted fine however very untidy finish. The window sill is not level due to how the tiles have been fitted. My blinds now don’t fit in one of my windows due to the tiles being put on top of existing tiles. There is messy grout in places. The lady who arranges the times and dates of fitting is extremely rude and rather nasty. I was asked to sign off the job before it was finished. I would not recommend to use this company at all.

Customer was happy and signed off kitchen installation The next day sent pics of snagging Which consisted of a inch gap of grout and grout adhered to the window tape which hasn’t been removed after window installation also her old grout and build up of paint she was informed that this would happen and that this wasn’t our responsibility to remove the all of this We agreed to send a fitter which was there within the hour of call and he was turned away stating Her son had Covid Which later said it was her husband We all agree this cannot be help and we agreed to return at a later date We called the customer yesterday 25/8/21 to Arrange a return visit we finished this install W/C 11/7/21 and this is the first time she mentioned her window cill sloping we said not to worry but the fitter will take a look at this on his return Visit She then mentioned plastering and finishing We informed her that she hadn’t paid for the walls to be plastered and boarded and that this is a extra bit could also be arranged if they required

Full refit of kitchen and extension
Can not recommend Exin Construction enough! Workmanship and time keeping was perfect. Dean and his team were great at making sure we were involved in all aspects of the build and were open to receiving and giving suggestions. Once again, fantastic in every aspect and would recommend to anyone.

New kitchen
Excellent workmanship, fully fitted new kitchen and appliances and laying of new floor. All completed and finished to a high standard. Workmen all very friendly and helpful.
