  John and Sharron were very organised and got our work booked in a timely fashion. Work carried out was as discussed when John came to do our quote and he asked if we were happy with the job as it was progressing and when it came to a decision to be made. Very neat and tidy work thank you.

  First Class Tradesman with whom you will not be disappointed.

  This is the 2nd job I’ve had undertaken by External Property Solutions and I would not hesitate in employing them again. I know a good tradesman when I see one having served an apprenticeship myself and John without doubt fits into that category.

  A 100% professional finish.

  Found John via Google, and so glad we did! We needed 2 jobs completing which needed to be done at separate times. We met John and found his advice invaluable regarding our choice of gutters facia’s downpipes, he advised us what we required and how he would install it. Works were completed on time and of a very professional finish. Here’s a tip, pay that little bit more and you get what you pay for.

  Roofing Repairs

  Tricky roofing repair

  Roof is on a 3 storey building, the leak by a gable window. We had several quotes but this was by far the most competitive. Scaffolding was required for the job which was erected quickly and tidily as promised. The repair was carried out following day, along with another repair not known about but repaired for free while John was there. He also recommended an additional repair for a small cost as likely the first issue would eventually repeat on the tiles at other side of the window. The repairs have been carried out and scaffolding left for next rain to ensure all repairs have been effective
