  Came early, very friendly, identified the problem and explained how to prevente a reoccurrence. Gave me some free advice about a problem with my fridge as well. Would use them again.

  beware, unless you do not mind shoddy service and being called darling!

  Came to look at my dishwasher, to see if it could be repaired. Communication was okay. But this is where positiety ends in this review. Being referred to as 'darling' is not acceptable. requesting I take photo's to show my husband what is wrong, erm we are not in the 1950's Pressing a reset button then taking off side and replacing it and top incorrectly not okay Charing £60 for this service, ridiculous! Would not recommend this person to anyone.

  Sorry you weren't happy with our service, but the job was booked for the dishwasher not draining, and we mentioned that the first visit or diagnosis charges will be £60. When our engineer visited he found out ur dishwasher was stuck on program he reset dishwasher and drained 2 times front of you and for further checked he opened side covered to see if any blockage as he showed you blockage and ask you to take picture, and he mentioned you to run dishwasher for 2 or 3 times if problem came back then we can change this part. And we apologise if you feel offended we always work professionally.

  Quick service, good price.

  I had a problem with my fridge\freezer and Yousaf came out the same day to take a look. He ordered a part which came in 2 days and he was out that same day to fix. I was charged a fair price for the work. Excellent service and 100% recommended.

  Really quick service and spotted the problem quickly. I had originally booked for a Saturday, but the engineer was available and came the day I booked the repair. Good local firm and I would definitely use them again.
