  Emersion fixed

  He was atmy flat 1 hr..never replaced the part on the emersion..fied a fuse of some sort snd chsrged £420

  This is 100 percent exaggerated and fabricated information The customer had no hot water it was an emergency callout and the customer had his hot water reinstated after his fuse had tripped and the amount paid to me was £120.00. Irrelevant of whether it's a fuse or something more serious when you request a service which solves an issue there is a charge. Obviously this customer after he had received a service felt cheated somehow but instead of contacting me has just left a negative and extremely exaggerated review. If you’re not prepared to pay don't call for a service.

  New Kitchen Sink, Washing Machine moved connected and also New Stop tsp as old one leaking.

  What an absolute delight. Danny was Friendly Professional and Prompt and anything we asked was answered straight away. Did the majority of the Job both efficiently and quickly also came back today to finish some other little jobs he had found. He is now on speed dial on my phone. Thank you again Danny and see you soon.

  Lifted laminate floor m, made a mess, then never came back to do the plumbing!

  Made a big mess lifting laminate up said he needed to come back next day 9am as didn't have a pneumatic drill. Never showed next day or contacted at all. Hung up on us when eventually got through to him on phone. Took £200 and gave no receipt. After threatening to report he showed up demanding more money and spilt coke on the floor. Eventually admitting he can't finish the job.

  I am both shocked and disappointed to receive this review. I attended the property on a Sunday as an emergency call out to a leak. I advised the customers that they would need to take up the flooring and remove some bricks due to the position of the leak. The customer was happy with this, I advised them that I would return with the correct tools. When I went back I started to remove some of the bricks as the water was coming through the foundations. I advised the customer of this and that I wouldn’t be able to fulfil the extent of the work that needed to be done, due to the requirement of bigger machinery and equipment. Due to the location of the leak, I took photos and videos of the leak so the customer was able to see this. With regards to a receipt this was provided to the customer by Whats App. I would urge future consumers to see my other positive reviews for an accurate account of how I conduct my business.

  Has fire removed and inserted back in after chimney clean.

  Thank you to Danny. He came straight away and nothing was to much trouble. He went above and beyond. Will be definitely using Danny again as he is trustworthy and very reliable . Thank you again.
