Slow-flushing toilet could not be resolved so Simon was called in to provide CCTV Inspection services which then led to the discovery of a (shared) cracked pipe. Simon spent several hours inspecting the area and advised us throughout of his findings. He provided video and photographic evidence of the issues uncovered and outlined exactly what he had done and what needed to be done. Simon could not have been more professional, polite, helpful and extremely hard-working. The quote for the remedial works was extremely competitive and he carried that out a few weeks later. Highly recommended!

I called Simon regarding a blocked drain and he said he would be able to look at the problem the next morning which was great to hear. He arrived and got straight down to work and removed the two drain covers and immediately saw a big blockage which he cleared and then unblocked another drain on the same line. Simon is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Telephoned to request his assistance, he arranged for two days time but subsequently telephoned to say he could come the next day. Simon confirmed it was not the downstairs loo and what followed was a serious search to discover the cause. After several hours and a lot of hard work requiring part of the toilet wall having to be removed, it seemed the leak was caused by a faulty boiler connection within the cavity wall. Simon was amazing and didn’t give up despite numerous challenges. Once this was discovered he also found another small leak on another small leak which he also repaired.

A great level service from beginning to end. Thoroughly investigated a number of leaks and repaired everything to a high standard. Went above and beyond to find a solution for what turned out to be a difficult pipe replacement under the flooring. The house and driveway were cleaned up and left tidy. Would highly recommend!
