    Kitchen tap replacement.

    Replaced kitchen tap which had worked loose and also required a new cartridge. Access to underside of sink was difficult and required dismantling pipework to get to work area. Work was completed, pipework was reinstated and checks were made for leaks. Very happy with the work.

    replace leaking stop cock, other issues found and resolved

    Simon was excellent, punctual, tidy and very conscientious. Simon resolved the problem with the tricky stop cock, complicated by access limitations and noticed that the insulation around other pipes was wet and revealed another leak so he replumbed under the sink to remove the troublesome joint. He was very conscientious continually checking all the joints and making sure I was happy, even though it made him slightly late for the next customer (he phoned them and agreed a revised time). Would use again

    Needed something replaced in toilet basin.

    Simon came out to fix a leak. He was punctual, incredibly helpful and solved the problem. The work was carried out quickly and tidily. All-round good service. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Fixing issues

    Contacted me quickly. Worked around timings for me. Polite and pleasant via message and in person. Arrived on time. Sorted the issues I had with no problems. Wore shoe covers so didnt walk dirt through the house. Thank you
