6 Incredibly bad customer service.

Job location: KT3Customer services for this company is terrible. Times were changed prior to the appointment and then without warning, changed again, meaning I had to cancel appointments at last minute. Booked a 4 hour service but only received a three hour. Multiple attempts to contact the customer services were unsuccessful and I was informed by the woman I spoke to that they were dealing with a “large amount of complaints” which is not surprising. After several calls, and several promises of a return call, no one’s had called me. I will never use again.7.5 [self-employment}personal developer/home development carer

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in over 20 years of using similar companies. They were booked to move a bed from one address to another, and return another bed to the original address. I was told this would be a two hour job, and I signed up for the Fantastic Club membership so that I could use them for other services in my newly bought flat. I explained that my property was a new build, and that they would need additional address details, which I provided. 3.5 Moth infestation

Within a couple of weeks of having the second day of the treatment (and that was the second treatment in a year) the infestation came back. 2 weeks! That shows the very poor quality of the service which, by the way, this company sub-contracts.
