Cutting over grown grass (due to covid)
He gave us one hour slot to come but turned up late. While using his grass trimmer a small stone was flung towards our window and shattered it. Felix initially refused to to accept responsibility but when pushed, he said he didn't want to use his public liability insurance. When I refused to accept that, he forwarded his insurance policy (Direct Line) and asked me to chase them. I called them today and they said that he should have contacted them when it happened. Hedge trimmed and a couple of small Ash trees cut down
