  Great service

  Had my new electric car charging point fitted by Finney electrical after several positive recommendations on a local facebook group. The process was made simple from start to finish and Brian and the other electrician did a great job. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering getting electrical work doing. Very fair price as well.

  Kitchen rewiring and new consumer unit

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish! The electrician carried out the rewiring and new wiring for our kitchen circuit, as well as installing a new consumer unit. They were able to fit us in at short notice, were reliable and professional throughout, and charged a very reasonable price. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you for a great job!

  Electric Heating

  To source & install electric heater & heated towel rad.

  The towel radiator was too heavy for the wall and fell off within months, they put nothing behind the plasterboard walls to attach it to. I had to source it myself because they had no account with the supplier but nor did I! Even though I checked with supplier that it was ready to install, when they came to install it bits were missing so I had to order those and they charged me another call out fee to install it. None of that would have been necessary if they had sourced it as requested, im not a plumber so did not know what I needed to install it, they are supposed to be the experts, not me

  Thank you for your feedback. We offered several towel rails from our wholesalers, all declined as they didn't match your photograph or preferred size. We then traced the manufacturer via a reverse image search and, having no account with them, advised you to order direct plus the accessory pack. The supplier confirmed the order included the heating element, which they didn't send, so a chargeable return visit was agreed at the time. The rail was fitted using the manufacturer's own fixings. We went the extra mile and feel we couldn't have been more helpful, so it's a shame you remain unhappy.
