  A very good service from the initial quote to the installation. They phoned 30 minutes before arriving and cracked on with the job quickly. Really impressed with communication, the quality of the work and the fencing supplied. Really good price as well. I would highly recommend.

  Replacement fence panels

  The team replaced my fence panels in December - the work and communication was fantastic. Subsequently a fence panel has come loose and I have tried reaching the company for months via phone/voicemail/text/email to no response - actually to the point where I've questioned whether they're still in business . Check a trade is now helping me file a claim to get this sorted. So while their work is very good the aftercare is terrible. I have been very reluctant to write this review due to the fact I had been very happy with their work - I've just now run out of options to get this rectified.

  This has been a genuine case where communication has been missed. We have been extremely busy the past few month. The customers' emails went into our junk/spam. We never received any voicemails and the mobile is on divert to the landline. However our phone line is internet based and the connectivity in our area is pretty poor. We are in the process of getting fibre installed to prevent this problem re-occurring. We have scheduled to attend the client's property tomorrow to rectify the issue with the fence. All covered under our after care service/warranty. We have apologised and the matter is being dealt with.

  Garden fence repairs

  No complaints at all. They weren't the cheapest quote but the chap who came to measure up and quote seemed a lot more professional. Two guys came to do the actual work. Very businesslike, no messing around. Replacement fence posts and panels look great and are very sturdy.

  Replace garden gate

  Would highly recommend. Rang at 10am in the morning a member of the company arrived an hour later to give me a very reasonable quote. Office rang me a couple of hours later and was booked in the next day. Driver rang before he arrived and completed the work in excellent time. Both workers were extremely polite and have done an amazing job making me a made to measure gate. Cleaned up whole area. Could not fault their workmanship in any way. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Very highly recommended.

  Replace a fence panel

  They were very efficient, and took about 10 minutes from start to finish. They cleared away all the old fence debris and were careful not to step on any daffodils. I would call them again if I needed more fencing.
