  Don’t pay this firm in full if job incomplete...

  Very good job on our flat roof, except it was agreed they would return to finish around a new window and sort out some important snagging issues. Received an invoice with extra costs and no allowance for specification downgrade. Made the mistake of not withholding a portion of the payment for when job was completed. Subsequent correspondence fobbed off or ignored. I guess one lives and learns but it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

  Hi the job in question was completed in full and paid in full, after the roof was completed the customer had some new doors put in and wanted me to come back and fibreglass in for nothing which was not agreed.

  This company is excellent! We cannot fault them. The workmanship is top class. They are on time, friendly, tidy, well mannered and polite. The price is very fair and reasonable for the work involved. We would recommend them to anyone considering flat roof work, you wont go wrong with this company. Thank you Micky.

  They arrived on time the workmanship just blew me away I've never seen workman work so hard and to detail very pleased I got them to do the job as left the place so tidy definitely recommend to anyone who wants a roof done properly big thank you guys

  New roof

  Great job done by skilled professional team. Hard working and great bunch of guys. We've had years of problems since having a new roof fitted by cowboys and spent a fortune on repairs but I am confident in Mickeys work and already stood up to several storms. Can't reccomend them enough. Get the job done right first time and save years of stress. Thank you all at First Rate.
