Damp issues
After discovering some mould when moving furniture, we asked Jake to come and give us a survey to help. Jake listened to all our concerns and after a thorough survey, discussed and explained various findings followed by the written survey the same day. Damp and mould inspection
Jake did a Damp and Mould inspection of our house as we were concerned with mould that we noticed in our bedroom. The inspection was very thorough, Jake explained everything really well and gave us very useful recommendations. The communication was excellent. We received a comprehensive report same day and followed up with some additional questions which Jake was happy to help with. Urgent damp inspection needed.
I just rented out a small flat which I found extremly wet and dampy and was desperate to have a professional opinion . Damp survey
Thankyou so much to Jake who was professional, reassuring and friendly throughout. I was really worried about what was causing damp in my property and I feel so much better now I have met Jake, had the survey and report but also that he has explained to me during the visit what his findings were in terms I could understand. Pre-purchase damp survey
Jake did a great job doing the pre-purchase survey we needed. We had already had a building surveyor assess the place, and we needed an expert to confirm the findings. He was prompt, professional and communicative, and he patiently explained to us the technology he used to assess the damp. He also went above and beyond by looking at our original building survey in his own time after hours and explaining to us the findings therein.
