Washing maching fix!
Excellent, polite, professional and quick service and knowledge from Shaun. Probably could have avoided the call out by following Gemma's initial instructions about checking the filter/drain (thanks for this I was looking in the wrong place 🙄). That said can't fault the service from booking to invoicing. And love that they are supporting a charity. Very impressed with the service from Fixsy! I booked a washing machine repair on Checkatrade at 3.00pm one day and a Fixsy engineer was with me the next day. Gregg diagnosed the fault quickly and it was repaired efficiently within half an hour. He explained clearly what the problem was and what he was doing to repair it. He left everywhere clean and tidy.
