Total waste of time!
A Ridiculous waste of time! Initially Fixsy wanted me to pay up front before they had assessed the job or carried out the work or even FIXED anything! Callout for repair of fridgefreezer
A guy attended the call out and was there for no more than 10 minutes. He asked what the problem was and told me straight away that it couldn't be fixed without even bothering to look inside the fridge freezer. It was only that I asked him to have a look that he decided to open the door. It appears to me that this diagnosis could have been done over the phone as this had already been decided.
