I booked Jordan to replace a macerator in my basement bathroom that had burned out. Upon inspection, Jordan found that there was a greater underlying cause in our plumbing work for why the macerator had failed. Rather than just doing a bodge job to replace it and taking our money, he explained the issue in depth and offered us no charge for any of the work that day despite capping off all of the pipework for us while we figured out what to do. Very trustworthy, high quality operation.

Can’t fault him for the work he did in identifying a faulty bathroom thematic shower cartridge as the problem, helping me ordering the correct replacement, and fitting it a few days later when it arrived by post. His communication throughout was first class and his cost was very competitive. He also went out of his way to help identify the cause of the intermittent problem I had with the ensuite shower, which provided me with peace of mind.
