Kitchen water leak
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Flow and Return detected the leak and managed the repair, which was covered by my insurance. What initially looked like it was going to be an absolute nightmare turned into a completely stress-free experience. They guided me through every stage, kept me fully informed and demonstrated excellent communication throughout. Sabir and Jordan were both fantastic – professional, helpful, reassuring and clearly committed to delivering a first-class service. The whole process was handled efficiently and smoothly, with everything completed to perfection. I cannot recommend Flow and Return highly enough. A huge thank you to Sabir and Flo from Return. They came to install five radiators for us on Saturday and did an absolutely amazing job. They were professional, super friendly, efficient and a genuine pleasure to have around. Quick and efficient
They were very prompt with responding with a quote and I was very glad they could fit me in at short notice in between their other jobs.
