  Removing a phone line and switching to a new one

  I am so impressed with the professionalism of the service delivered by Flow Telecom. Mark who responded to my query listened carefully to our request and promptly sent by email the quote we had discussed. Nick the engineer arrived on time, he was excellent. He cared to keep the disruption to the minimum, he was informative and helpful in so many ways. Nick was relaxed and respectful, the perfect blend to put us at ease. His professionalism impeccable.   I don't say this lightly - by far one of the most honest, dedicated and ethical people I have ever met. Over my 15 career history working over 30 blue chip companies around the World, never have I found someone so committed to delivering professional service. We anticipated the scope of this work only to take a few hours. However, through no fault of Nikoli, it ended up being 3 days across a few weeks. Nikoli not once compained, took breaks (dispute my offers) or got distracted. He agreed to only being paid on completion. He also offered great advisce and walked through what he did.

  Fixed broadband/phone connection after I snipped the wrong wires!

  Fantastic service from Frankie. Arrived 9:30am on a Sunday to fix an error I made, thinking I was tidying up obsolete wires. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

  Putting in a new front socket and connecting our new phones and internet.

  The Flow team were very prompt to respond to my initial email to them. They came exactly when we agreed and did the work perfectly. I totally recommend them! It's great to be back online. Everything was left perfectly tidy and organised.
