10 Toilet plumbing problem causing leak

Called me barely two minutes after putting job on site and was round mine fixing it half hour later. Very polite and patient listening to my approximation of what the problem might be, and was very efficient in assessing and fixing the problem. Pros - very friendly and courteous. Couldn’t be more polite. Work was booked in with a quick turnaround. Radiators were lovely and exactly what I asked for.
