    Focus Decor quoted for work 6th April, Quote accepted same day. After two reminders they said the work would be carried out Mid- May. Contacted Mid-May left a message -no response. Contacted again June said they had left a phone message and would let me know start date the next week. Contacted again in July, said they would let me know the next week, Contacted again in August said they had left a phone message and would let me know which day they would come the next week. I then phoned the next week and asked which day, they put the phone down.

    Agreed with Focus Decor in April to paint outside of our house, with an agreed start date of 12th August. Emailed them and then texted them again on 6th August as I had not heard anything re start date. After chasing they called back and said they would confirm start date on Friday 10th August. I have not heard anything since. I have phoned, emailed and texted them and they have not replied to anything. I have now given up and will have to find someone else. I had similar difficulty with them getting the quote. Don't even know if they are even still in business

    Very pleased with the work. They gave good advice about products before starting. The work was professionally done. Punctual time keeping, tidy workers and felt very comfortable with them in our home.
