Friendly expert service
Highly recommended. Expert advice, took the time to talk through issues properly and was honest about the work needed to fix. Much better than some of the chancers who looked at it previously.Job location: SE2710 Drainage Investigation

Possible subsidence issue, check your drains with specialist company like Fresh Drains
Drain survey to look at possible causes of a crack in the back wall of the property. Fresh Drains responded quickly and turned up with specialist survey equipment. Chris carried out the video survey showed me that there were no major issues, but identified minor cracks. He then provided me with the video footage and made recommendations for patch repair where appropriate. No pressure just good advice. Highly recommend this company (dont use a plumber to check your drains, use a specialist drainage company like Fresh Drain).Verified reviewerJob location: TW7REd F10 Drainage Investigation

The plumber was very knowledgeable and immediately knew where the problem was. He managed to unblock my kitchen sink within half an hour using electric snake and wet vacuum cleaner, then advised me on prevention methods. Our backyard was about to get flooded with sewage
Chris has been a lifesaver! We called him for what it looked like some partially blocked drains and instead we found out the manhole in the backyard completely full with sewage, almost a couple of inches away from being a disaster. He came around really fast and cleared the blockage in no time. He also gave us some useful tips to do maintenance and what about what to do to prevent this from happening again. All the above was done for a really fair price as well. I absolutely recommend his services!Verified reviewerJob location: TW7RGabriele NResponse from Fresh Drains Ltd
