Water softener + filter
8.75Jim and Carl were great when it comes to surveying the house and timeliness for the installation also. A few areas of improvements were required and i emailed immediately fix the problem and they were extremely accommodating. Nice people at a professional company. Products are great too. Would recommend

10Friendly Water provide a full service, including design, supply, installation, commissioning and aftercare service. We had a whole house water softener, drinking water filter, new kitchen tap and bypass tap for garden watering. All delivered in a professional, informative and courteous way. All stages where provided on time and in a clean efficient manner. After installation there was an unexpected problem, that they fix quickly and without quibbling. Happy to recommend this company to anyone wanting to improve the water quality in their home.

Early days but I am already delighted with the quality of water. The service was superb, I really can't fault them in any way and highly recommend that you use them for a water softener solution.

The guys who fitted were friendly and helpful. They also took away the old one and left me an additional bag of salt tablets as well.

10Verified ReviewI have been so impressed with this company from the start. I had objective advice on a range of options and the initial quote was carried out by someone who knew not just the products but also the plumbing and installation so could advise about the best place to put the system. It was carried out on time and to a high standard. There is no visible pipework in my kitchen and I am really enjoying the softer water. I also have a solution for hard water that was again well thought through and advised as they work with Qooker taps too. It’s early days but so far so good.
