    I called to repair the water softner. Engineer visit the house late and charge GBP 90/- and done nothing. Left to get the spares. Since it has been a week now no one has given me any update. I have sent several msgs. But no reply. If they are unable to fix it and find spares they don't have to accept the job. So total waste of money.

    Despite the simple job description, this was in fact a particularly challenging project, as it involved tying into existing piping, as well as running new piping, within the crawl space cellar under our 8-bedroom Edwardian property which, as well as being very cramped and dusty, is criss-crossed with all sorts of services, many of which are now redundant. Carl and Jimmy cheerfully rose to the challenge though, working non stop from 0900-1800 to complete the work precisely to specification! They also left the site neat and tidy and we can thoroughly recommend their services!
