Waste of money
Very disappointed with the service received. The invoice stated a “thorough inspection to identify entry points,” however the technician only briefly checked the areas we pointed out and did not properly investigate the property. Another pest control company later identified entry points immediately. We were also left having to arrange poison disposal ourselves after cancellation. Extremely happy with the service provided
I recently had Callum visit my home for pest control treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Not only did he thoroughly explain the treatment process, but he also took the time to answer all my questions and provide valuable advice on how to prevent future pest issues. Callum was extremely cooperative, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. His expertise and attention to detail put me at ease, and I appreciated his willingness to address all my concerns.
