  Fixed but no paperwork

  It is a shame to be writing this, as the job I needed completed was done! I had a toilet leak and an extreme charge from Thames Water, who has stated I needed to have a plumber come and check my flat for a leak and repair it. They also stated that I would need a plumbers report and invoice to support my claim. The job was completed swiftly, although I was charged more than initially told. I was then ghosted after completion, even after trying to contact the plumber multiple times for the report and invoice. Did not help my Thames Water claim.

  Radiator move and replacement

  Job was agreed quickly and the work was done. Unfortunately, after using the heating for a week or so we had a leak from the fitting. He wouldn't attend to repair the leak and we're now out of pocket as we've had to pay someone else to repair the job. Not a trustworthy plumber! Avoid and find someone else that won't stop responding if somethings gone wrong.

  Gas Hob Installation.

  Unbelievable Time Waster !!! Booked in for 12pm. Still no show or contact by 1pm so I contacted him and requested a time of arrival. He said 3pm. By 6pm he still hadn’t showed nor bothered contacting me at all. I emptied half my kitchen for nothing and now I’ve got to cancel the painters which I arranged to finish off my kitchen after this job was done. Pathetic !!!

  Fit shower screen & small jobs in bathroom

  Fitted shower screen well which he quoted £60, asked for a few other small jobs be done which he accepted (ie) sink shelf, towel rail, shower caddy , toilet roll holder, bathroom cabinet, shower caddy not fitted properly, sink shelf pissed and put on upsidedown same as towel rail, I paid him £110 for the other small jobs as well as the £60 so overall £170 , now I'm going to have to get someone else to make good on the botch job he did .
