Good service from BeSure
The Engineer was very knowledgeable, patiently explained the alarm system to us as we had recently moved in, and was very pleasant. He made sure we were happy with how the system worked before he left and what to do if we had any questions or needed further help..

House alarm service
This is a company we have used for the past 2 years to service and provide out of hours service if required for our alarm . They are prompt communication is good . All the technicians who have come to the house are polite , competent and friendly. The price is also competitive compared to other companies we have used in our previous houses.

Lee arrived promptly. He was both friendly and efficient and kept me informed of what he was doing as part of the service. He carried out the annual maintenance quickly and with no mess or disruption to the household. I cannot fault him or his work!.
