    Garratt’s went above and beyond to provide us with an excellent woodworm treatment. Easy to deal with throughout, sent a surveyor quickly and quoted competitively. We were particularly worried about any damage to the floorboards. They took our concerns seriously and carefully thought through their approach to avoid cutting any extra boards, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy. The team on site were prompt, efficient and friendly. Huge thanks to Wayne in particular, we really appreciated your approach which made a stressful situation feel so much easier!

    They were thorough and easy to deal with. Their surveyors really know their stuff, knowledgeable and detailed in explaining the problems and the solutions. The team that carried out the job under the guidance of Chris, were so friendly and respectful of our home despite the work that was being carried out. They were on site early every day and despite the challenges, were great communicators as the job progressed. Their work was of a high standard, thorough and completed to the agreed timeline. The company changed status in 2008 to a limited company and has never traded under any other name.
