Boiler had a fault and was repaired on the day. Was given a fixed quote for repair. Extra works and part was needed than initially diagnosed. Was politely asked could the end price be adjusted to reflect this. Was happy to reach a compromise even though the original quote would have been honoured as I also understand more labour and parts to be gotten to fix the issue.

Excellent workmanship, he showed up on time and took the time to explain how he will fix my problem. Also, he gave me good advice on how to save gas and prevent future breakdowns. I recommend him highly.
