Repaired boiler, changed gas valve.
I would highly recommend. Good communication - the work was explained to me in a way that I understood (he didn't bombard me with technical details), I was given options and advice and found him very polite towards myself and my children. He gave me a time frame for the work, which he adhered to and he got on with it quickly and efficiently.
