George came to survey the ventilation in our flat provided by the MVHR unit. He was extremely thorough and very clear in his explanation of the various technical matters. He was able to reach very useful conclusions and make recommendations for further action. His written report was prepared in a few days and sets out the whole process in great detail together with all the measurements, thermal images etc. and recommendations. This report has proved useful in making progress towards a solution to our problem of temperature control during hot weather. He was punctual, polite and friendly.

RetrofitIQ did a great blower door test, thermal camera survey, air leakage investigation, smoke testing, etc consult for our house and provided a write up with pictures and weighted options to improve the house. It took around 4 hours and helped us find a lot of root causes of issues around the house.

George was brilliant. We required the existing floor to be lifted and insulation installed. Throughout the process George was tidy, considerate and offered advice on how to achieve the best outcome.
