  Soil pipe branch fitting cracked

  Needed a new branch fitting on a soil pipe, due to problems with the existing pipe work new bends needed fitting with a new branch. New fittings installed to perfection and all done quickly and efficiently and also with a polite and professional attitude. Very impressed and thankful. Paul in Warrington

  Communication with Ivan was very easy and he was very prompt when I asked if he could do the job earlier than proposed. The work was quick, tidy and flawless. I'm very pleased with their service and would use them again.

  Replacement sink and hot water valve

  Ivan Allen attended the quote visit promptly and on time and offered a good price. On the day he worked quickly and tidily to replace the 1980s downstairs cloakroom sink with a new one and cleaned up, leaving the rubbish neatly for me to remove, as we had agreed. On turning the water back on again, he found the 30 year old hot water stop valve had seized, so returned again the very next day to replace it, so we were without hot water for less than 24 hours. Ivan was helpful, conscientious and friendly, and I can highly recommend the quality of his work and his work ethic over his three visits.
