Matt was very keen to quote for the work and also carry it out. I sent pictures of the patio and received a good acceptable quote. I then messed him about because a number of other things came up which meant the work had to be delayed. But he was very patient and stuck with his quote. When Chris came round he was happy, cheerful and efficient. Did a good job. He promised to come back the following week to sand the drive and did so even though I paid him the full quoted price at the end of his first visit. Happy to recommend Genie Clean for this type of work.

I heard about this company through Instagram and had a couple of concerns about using a company from that source. However, any concerns were quickly allayed when Matt made contact and provided a quote for gutter cleaning and soffit & Fascia cleaning. An appointment was offered and Chris turned up, and worked incredibly hard to empty gutters and clean soffits/fascias that had not been touched for 4 years, leaving them looking brand new . Such a great service from very personable people.

Matt and Chris were both great, really swift quote after contact, booked us in quickly and worked really hard to clean a good few years of grime away. The service was second to none, one I would use again and recommend to everyone I know
