Great communication, timely responses, addresses client's needs with no/little fuss!
Brian and Len were excellent. It was a full flat redecoration and they just got on with the work. I had some feedback for them afterwards including a few things that we had not discussed - Brian and Len went over each point in detail, fixing whatever I had requested and going the extra mile to include some additional work not originally included in the scope! The finishing was all as close to perfect as it could have got. Overall, I valued the communication, the timely responses, the positive attitude and addressing a client's needs with little fuss. Gentry’s are excellent!
We have just had a large proportion of our house redecorated by Gentry’s property maintenance. Brian jr. did a fantastic job. He was polite, cheery and nothing was too much trouble. Extremely happy from start to finish
We are extremely pleased with the decorating work carried out. From start to finish, the team was reliable, professional, and friendly. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid great attention to detail throughout the job.
