Really good job done.
I was impressed with the way Gareth went about his work. He went up on the roof to check out what needed to be done before giving a price. He sent pictures of the problem before he started. Then he sent pictures during and after the work so you can see what he is doing/has done. The price was very fair, he did the work when he said he would. Gareth is honest, reliable, a great tradesman and fairly priced. I have used him on a few occasions for very difficult jobs. Fantastic service from GH Rubber Roofing & Property Maintenance. He assessed the damage thoroughly, provided a detailed video, and explained everything clearly. Unlike a previous roofer who quoted £2,400 without evidence, they gave an honest assessment and only did necessary repairs—saving me a lot of money. The work, including underfelt replacement, lead refixing, and making the area watertight, was done with great care and precision. Communication was excellent, transparent- video and photos on completion of the work.
