Boiler service, replace heating pump, update radiator thermostats and heating controls
My request was answered within an hour and a heating engineer visited the same day. As I suspected, the pump was on the way out. Jack adjusted the pressure in the system which helped until a new pump could be fitted, having gone through my options. I asked that in addition to replacing the pump that they quoted to update the radiator thermostats, and fit Hive controls, having recently moved in. The actual plumbing work was carried out quickly, efficiently and with care to my carpets. The Hive installation caused some problems but an electrician was sent in. Leak
Tom was fantastic to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable and easily identified the issue. Sent his team in to carry out the work the same day. New Boiler installation
I worked with several boiler engineers for business but this time work with Tom for my house’s boiler installation. Him and his colleague were deliver absolutely spot on service.
