    We love our new doors!!!

    Wonderful Job! Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and knowledgeable and they had a great range of top quality products.     Great service and quality installation

    Really pleased with the service from Glazerite Windows Ltd. The whole process was smooth from quote to installation. The team turned up on time, were polite and worked efficiently, leaving everything tidy afterwards. The quality of the windows and the finish of the installation is excellent and has made a noticeable difference to the house. Communication was clear throughout and everything was completed as promised. Would definitely recommend them to others.

    No Customer Service from the Start - Warning Signs

    I was very disappointed with a recent enquiry for secondary glazing for my bedroom windows with this company. Before confirming a date for completion and seeing the actual product that is to be fitted to my windows, this company required half the cost of the windows. I refused to sign and part with £1,000 without a firm commitment from them and an opportunity to see what they will be fitting to my windows. I received an abrupt email saying they did not want to go ahead with the fitting unless I conform to their conditions. What a way to run a business!

    Thank you. For the record, you requested a quote, were given a price and accepted the quote. We then require a deposit and signature before we can give dates, which you refused. As you raised a number of red flags, we then declined to move ahead. Jack

Glazerite is a family run business in the heart of Lichfield. We offer a friendly, reliable and honest service throughout the West Midlands and Staffordshire. Our team carries over 100 years of combined experience throughout every aspect of the glazing industry right through from manufacturing backgrounds to Installation. We can confidently advise you on the most suitable products to suit your project and offer a wide variety of windows, doors and conservatory products which are all on display in our local showroom, just a five minute walk from Lichfield town centre.


We are not high pressure sales people and we don’t believe in hard sales tactics. Instead, we want to help put your mind at ease and give you as little to worry about as possible so that you can just sit back and relax as we complete your project. Our showroom opening hours are 9 - 4:30pm weekdays and 10 - 2pm on Saturday and we are always happy to have a sit down and a chat or even a cup of tea while we go through your needs.


All of our windows and doors come with a 15 year product guarantee. This covers even the hardware and glass so you can be as confident in our products and workmanship as we are.
