Disappointing Experience with Velux Window Conversion Kit Installation
I hired a company to install a solar conversion kit for my Velux window and shared a detailed video beforehand to ensure they understood the task. We agreed on a price and set a date, but when the technicians arrived, they seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with the job. They asked unrelated questions about a "battery installation," despite the clear instructions provided. It was clear they lacked the knowledge to complete the work. To make matters worse, they then attempted to double the agreed price, as if the job was more complex than anticipated.
