Excellent service always - family run company 5 stars - boiler and heating system installation
I have used Glowarm Central Heating Ltd for many years for maintenance of a Glow-worm boiler at my flat in Crystal Palace over 13 years and a boiler installation & maintenance at my elderly Dad's house in Croydon for the past 6 years. They have been absolutely brilliant - they always answer the phone - no call centre and they send out an engineer to fix any issues usually within 24-48 hours. Communication is so easy with them. Clean, friendly and reliable.
Bought an old house with the boiler in the living room, the guys from Glowarm came in and quickly, cleanly and professionally moved it up into the loft and out of the way. The installers were really friendly and the guys on the phones at head office were knowledgeable and precise with their timings and estimates.
