  Solar Bird Mesh install

  From start to finish, the experience was positive. Communication was good, they arrived when agreed, and completed the work efficiently. There were a couple of things that needed attention afterwards, but after a quick message they came back promptly and put everything right without any fuss. The finished job now looks neat and tidy, and I really appreciate their willingness to make sure everything was done properly. I'd happily recommend them and would use them again.

  Various fixes around house

  We had been struggling to find someone to help with a few issues around the house (doors, thresholds, shelving) but this company was fab, arranged quickly for a quote and booked us in shortly after. Great work done quickly, great communication, will use again.

  Garfield Mckenzie Maintenance is an excellent company. They communicated in a timely and efficient manner, their response times were the best I’ve seen on here. The work carried out was up to a great standard, Garfield even did a few extra bits free of charge, which was incredibly kind of him. This company goes above and beyond for their customers. I would definitely recommend using them.

  Excellent all round - great communication with Kellie from start to finish. All staff friendly, polite and efficient. Garfield came up with inventive options when the position we'd chosen for the pergola meant we wouldn't have been able to open our patio doors! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, completed the job and left everywhere tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

  He did a bad job, he laid the flooring but it was no good, the flooring is poorly installed.They asked for the ceiling and walls to be smooth, but they didn't do it; they broke part of the kitchen.He broke two brooms and didn't even apologize.The floor was practically destroyed; in one part, the floor was sinking. They applied silicone to hold it together.He says one thing and then another; the painting isn't 90% good.You say one thing upfront and then say another later.Be careful with your money. I wouldn't hire him even if he were my last job.On the plus side, they pay attention.

  We advised several times that the LVT flooring should be installed only after plumbing was completed and without underlay, as underlay can cause movement and damage locking clips. Despite this, we were asked to proceed. The flooring was later lifted for plumbing works, causing damage to the fragile locking system, and we returned to relay it. We installed only the flooring, not the subfloor or joists. Walls and ceilings were prepared and painted within the agreed scope; replastering was not included. We also completed additional flooring work free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
