Garry did an outstanding job, repairing light connections in our lounge and study. He had carefully explained to us alternative ways to restore three failed lights at our property whilst avoiding unwanted disruption and the need for widespread redecoration. Having agreed the way forward Garry quietly worked to reconnect the lights, warning us when his drill would be noisy and rechecking with us when he had more information about the options.
