  Excellent

  Fill out an online request for an engineer to check my broken washer dryer, received a call back within 15 minutes and they could arrange a visit the same morning, engineer called about 20 mins prior to arrival, Ben checked everything out and unfortunately my very old Zanussi Washer Dryer, couldn't be fixed and even if we replaced the Motherboard (electrical control failure) there was no guarantee it would work. Paid £108.00 excellent value, Ben was here for an hour, efficient, and thorough with every test and check.

  Very happy with the service.

  I spoke to the Administrator at Go Repair about a problem with our Bosch freezer.. She was very helpful. She confirmed that Ben would be able to complete a service on my fridge/freezer as we were having problems. He arrived on time and was very helpful. The company has a six month guarantee should it go wrong again. First rate service. We would use again

  My dishwasher was only washing with cold water, so I got into contact with Ben for him to come round and have a look for me. He responded quickly and was able to come out later that day to take a look. He explained what the issue was and showed me the damage part and even though he didn’t have the part in stock, he ordered the new part and came back as soon as this was delivered to fix the issue. His communication through the whole process was excellent, he was tidy and I have had no further issues since. 100% recommend and will use him again if I have issues with other appliances

  Very swift service with reasonable price

  Go repair answered my enquiry within a few hours. I spoke to them on the phone and was very impressed with the manner of the employee I spoke to. They were professional and knowledgeable and it made me feel confident in the service. They gave me a cost estimate for the repair and it was pretty much spot on. The engineer came the next day exactly when they said he would. He also called to let me know he was on his way. He completed the repair quickly and all seems to be well with my washing machine. Would recommend.

  Great company, can see why they are so highly rated!

  Dan and Leanne and brilliant at what they do, very responsive, helpful and go above and beyond. Dan even fixed a couple of dripping taps for me at the same time as fixing my washing machine and Smeg oven. So helpful! As a single woman, I felt very safe with Dan in the house; he's a gentleman, and I really appreciate that. I'll be using them again for sure!
