I engaged Art for two flooring projects. Communication was inconsistent throughout, and despite initial concerns I continued due to project timelines. The first job was satisfactory, but the second was not. The finished LVT floor was uneven, with boards unlocking and clicking underfoot. Art later inspected the work, acknowledged the poor standard, and carried out repairs, which also resulted in damage to some skirting. Despite recognising the defects, no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. I would encourage anyone considering similar work to research carefully before proceeding.

We had a large hole in our floor from the old chipboard that was installed many years ago and was becoming very unsafe to walk on in our hallway. The guys from Gorilla Flooring came in to quote for new plywood and a new hardwood floor. Brought samples of wood/ stain and lacquer to choose before commencement. No fuss easy and competitive / reasonable pricing. They worked exceedingly hard to get the floor just right. Highly professional and helpful team. Thank you Gorilla Flooring!

They installed wooden flooring over existing old floor boards which were very uneven. With skill and expertise they overcame the obstacles and did a fantastic job. They worked Tirelessly yet with attention to detail and finished the job within deadline. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Art is an excellent carpenter who works collaboratively to get the result. Great attention to detail and thinks through potential issues. Highly recommended.
