  I honestly didn’t think you could make a silk purse from a sow’s ear, but Ground Up Property Limited managed it. My son is thrilled with his new bathroom and it looks wonderful. The chaps were friendly and efficient, they turned up when they said they would and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. Many thanks guys.

  Integrated dishwasher fitting

  James and his colleague were in and out in a day for what sounded like a slightly fiddlier fitting than usual. Not that they made any fuss whatsoever. The work they did was great and couldn’t fault them on quality. Punctual throughout and very easy to communicate with, fairly priced, and left the place spotless. Sure to use them again.   Top job. Fixed the problem with our plumbing, we had the smell of sewage coming into the building. They identified the problem (two separate issues) and corrected them very professionally. Communication was also tip top, really decent, genuine guys doing a really decent, thorough job. Thanks
