  Roof and gutters

  Was done in an efficient way and roof seemed good. Only problem is getting him back out when something goes wrong! Gutter leaking; his workmen came out and stated it had not been installed properly. They did a quick fix but problem keeps reoccurring. Did they report the issue to fix it properly? NO. Roof tile lifting and water dripping down fascia and is going to damage the walls. Contacted and was told multiple times and dates when he guaranteed he’d be out. That was January and still waiting for it to be sorted. Constant excuses and empty promises. Will not recommend to anyone.

  Pointed roof, flat roof replacement guttering

  Subject: HOUSE SURVEY • The roof covering is in a new condition with bonding gutter fitted to the neighbouring roof which has a similar tile covering, there was evidence of water ingress and staining to the front bedroom sloping ceiling to the external wall, as the roof has a sprocketed eaves the first row of roof tiles has a below recommended pitch although there is evidence of eaves trays being fitted. • However inspection revealed this to be incomplete, due to the pitch of the roof tile and the eaves detail installation water is tracking back and enter the property due to capillary action

  Work carried out 30/8/22 INVOICE paid 9/9/22 Slight problem with flashing at the rear and repaired the same day Another call stating problem at the front of property, attended the same day and found no problem but was met with verbal and physical threats to my team and was told to leave property Customer got a roofing architect report and states that eves trays not fitted correctly with capillary action, the roof is 37 degree so it's not possible, phone customer to try and resolve but told they were taking us to court Asked about loft insulation pushed into eves which we had nothing to do with but can cause a problem, no response, trying to claim full amount of roof back?? Look at my Google listing reveiws and reveiws on here,mostly 5 star 2 to 3 roofs completed a week with no complaints, disgusting behaviour, been in buissness 1989, never had a customer like it trying there best to get there money back for a job well done like all of our work Please make your own mind up

  Replace 2 Velux roof windows that were leaking

  Excellent company, friendly but efficient. Reasonably priced. Cleaned up after themselves and took debris away. I would recommend them if you have any roof work

  Chimney was repaired

  A small leak on the chimney breast in the living room. Being an elderly lady this was a worry for me, until I contacted checkatrade and they put me in touch with Steven who explained to me what needed to be done. The job was done quite quickly and the workmen were polite and pleasant. Thank you

  Replace damaged slates and ridge tiles

  My roof needed urgent repairs and Halton Roofing came to my rescue within a couple of days and were very tidy and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
