My wife was dischared from hospital with limeted mobility.We were desperate to have a stair lift fitted.We contacted haltons who sent a great guy called geof round to do the survey.Upon explaining the situation he managed to get one of there young engineers to come and do the fitting the very next morning which was a saturday.He did a great job in an hour and a half.He hardly made any noise and left no mess.The price was great as well.All in all a great experienceVerified reviewerJob location: M279 Install stairlift

Excellent communications from start to finish - prompt and responsive. Danny arrived when he said he would and removed long, curved stairlift very quickly and efficiently with minimal mess. Paid within one hour of Danny sending through details to main office. Would definitely deal with again. Excellent service. Good points - The person who came to do the removal rang 1 hour before he arrived, was polite and very quick with the removal (less than 20 minutes) Downside - there seem to be a "cartel" so that all the companies offered EXACTLY the same price for buying a stairlift. Prompt, professional and efficient service provided and a more than reasonable trade-in price offered. I would’ve have been happy just to have it removed, without charge, but to receive a ‘refund’ was a bonus, in spite of the fact that the lift was initially fitted by another company.
