Excellent Stairlift and excellent service
Writing this on behalf of my parents who have had a Halton stairlift fitted . Anthony the guy who fitted it got straight to the job , very professional. Once fitted he showed us how to use it correctly and was very patient with my elderly mom showing and explaining everything to her. Very pleased with the work and the stairlift. Excellent job!
Sorry, don't know engineers name but, he rang to let me know arrival time, arrived promptly, then went out of his way to show me different ways stairlift could be fitted, and advising options. Did an excellent, neat & tidy job, then demonstrated & explained how it worked. He left booklet with same details written down, & made sure I understood it all before he left.
