Sound box for home alarm system

Home security alarm sound box stopped working. Came out and installed new box, punctual, clean and efficient job. All rubbish removed. Fair pricing.

Alarm Not Charging & So Dead
Aaron was helpful when we called and tried to resolve the issue over the phone rather than incurring a call out charge by giving advice, which sadly did not work so he had to come out to repair. He was very supportive and worked to fit in a time that was convenient for both of us to come to fix the alarm. He understood the need to sort the issue swiftly and so was very accommodating even though he was busy. The alarm was fixed swiftly with a new battery, fuse and reset of the system. Aaron was very knowledgeable, professional & polite. He kept me & my partner updated throughout the whole process on what he was doing & why.
