Annual boiler and heating system service
Paul services our boiler every year as part of the 10 year guarantee. He is happy to show you what he is doing and explains why it is necessary. There are many items which are apparently not serviced by other engineers which could cause unreliability or even eventual failure. Paul is very thorough and does a proper job - we haven't had any problems at all with our Ideal boiler over the four years since it was installed. I hope that his annual attention will keep our boiler running flawlessly for many more years to come. A new valve fitted on boiler
With our boiler down and a small baby, I was in need of somebody pretty sharpish and Paul was absolutely brilliant! Despite having a busy day, he came round the day I called and fitted a new valve.
